Real Estate Information Center (REIC), Government Housing Bank Report on the situation of transfer of ownership of condominium units by foreigners in the third quarter of 2023 found that there were 3,365 units of condominium ownership transfer by foreigners worth 17,048 million baht, accounting for 11.6% and 21.1% of all condominium ownership transfers, respectively. Expansion in terms of number of units increased by 0.4%, but in terms of value decreased -2.0%.

In the overall picture of the first 9 months of 2023, there were 10,703 units and value of condominium ownership transfers for foreigners, worth 52,259 million baht, accounting for 13.6% and 23.3% of all condominium ownership transfers, respectively, with expansion in terms of the number of units. and value increased 37.6% and 31.6%, respectively.
